I'm a Salt Lake City based artist with North Carolina roots. My mission is executing top-level creative for a broad range of clients to support their brand and marketing needs as they churn towards growth. I root all of my work in strategy and cohesive storytelling and have found that my passions lie in assisting with every step of the creative process. I love the momentum of a fast-paced environment, and I want to continue exploring and solving puzzles throughout my career.

Utah Business 20 In Their 20's Nominee

My creative director nominated me for this prestigious award in 2022, praising me for my attention to detail, self-starter attitude, and team-oriented spirit. This has been a huge highlight in my career, and the nomination has encouraged me to continue striving for my best.

Onboarding Process

In 2022, I noticed our company’s Design Team training was severely lacking. With the support of my leaders, I spent a month documenting our daily processes and procedures and turned my findings into a week-long training program. This was paired with shadowing sessions and sample projects/exercises to acclimate new hires to their team. We now use this program to train new designers and reference when we’ve forgotten a specific process.

Intern Program Trainer + Mentor

For two summers, I was elected to mentor and train our Design Team’s summer intern. Taking their personal career goals and existing skillsets into account, I created and facilitated training sessions to teach design and software practices that would help develop their craft, workflow, and attention to detail.

Web Audit + HTML5 Ad Process

Building on the success of the training program, I created a process to maintain quality and detail amongst the team’s audits of new client websites. Additionally, I wrote a thorough roadmap for designing and animating HTML5 web ads in the Google Web Designer program. This process has been used by both our designers and videographers within the department.

I’m always looking to meet other creatives, find inspiration, learn a lil’ more, and design a lil’ more.
