One Stone Apparel is a screen-printing provider servicing local schools and non-profits while acting as a fulfillment location for CustomInk orders. After they refreshed their logo in 2022, I helped expand their vision with print/digital materials that would establish a brand identity for the next era of their company. They have a strong ethos behind their services, and it was awesome to help shine a light on all of the good OSA does for their community.

BRAND RESEARCH
The client emphasized that they wanted to build a certain “stoked” for their services, drawing inspiration from major sports brands like Nike + Adidas. Despite this somewhat edgy influence, they sought to showcase a strong ethos by highlighting their extensive work with schools and non-profits. The brand needed to feel approachable and uplifting while maintaining an aspirational lens. I curated this concept to serve as a reference point for OSA’s website and all supplemental branded materials.

OSA WEBSITE
After leading the brand research, I was tasked with urgently redesigning the client’s site. Centering the copy around a message of “goodness”, I positioned OSA’s commitment to community involvement as a significant cornerstone of their brand’s story. I pulled reference from the characteristics modern brutalist design to guide the site layout and image treatment. This was the first website build I ever engaged in, and it sparked the start of a wonderful client relationship.

THANKS FOR PLAYING
Thanks For Playing is a label under the OSA brand. The owner reached out to me a year after designing the company’s website to help him employ OSA’s brand on social content to promote their new venture. The label highlights pivotal moments in the boxing world with custom merchandise, while shining a light on the sport’s up-and-coming athletes. While internal efforts focused on building inventory, my role centered on building the brand’s central image while crafting social media content to enhance its presence.
